Return Policy

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Regarding our candles, each one is handmade, so slight imperfections or variations may occur. While we do not offer returns or exchanges for these natural variations, please reach out if there are any problems with your order, and we will do our best to assist you.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Return

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@planacandles.com for return address details. If your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item to the provided address. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

For accessories, only unused items are eligible for return or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@planacandle.com.

 

IMPORTANT: We are unable to cover return shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
