International Orders

At this time, we only accept orders from the USA and Canada. We are actively working to expand our shipping options to more countries in the near future. Stay tuned for updates, and we look forward to serving more locations soon!

 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $60 within the contiguous USA.

• A flat shipping fee of $8.99 applies to orders under $60 and to all orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

 

International Shipping (Canada)

• Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $120 CAD.

• A flat shipping fee of $18.99 applies to orders under $120 CAD.

Please Note: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processes.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-6 business days. However, during promotional or sale periods, please allow an additional 5-8 business days for processing.

 

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes. If you need assistance, please reach out to us at hello@planacandles.com with as much detail as possible, and we’ll do our best to help. Our team is available Monday through Friday.

 

Confirmation Email

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update once the label is generated.

If you do not receive a confirmation or shipment notification, please check your spam folder before contacting us at hello@planacandles.com.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Once your order has shipped, tracking and delivery are outside of our control. As much as we’d like to assist, we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

 

Order Changes and Cancellation

We do not accept changes once an order has been placed.

To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately at hello@planacandles.com with your name and order number. We do not accept cancelations once an order is processed.
